Need an Official Record?
Use the following official custodian for each Umatilla County record:
- Court case files: use the Court Case Lookup or contact Pendleton Circuit Court at 541-278-0341 or Hermiston Circuit Court at 541-667-3020
- Criminal histories: contact Oregon State Police CJIS for an Open Record or fingerprint copy of your own record
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact UCSO Records or Umatilla County Corrections
- Police reports: contact the sheriff, city police department, tribal police, or OSP that investigated
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Set-aside and sealed records: use the current OJD packet and file with the court that heard the case
